Pay nothing to list. Our service fee — 8.5% of the sale price — is charged only on completion. Minimum $149. Maximum $499.

You get paid through escrow

When your membership sells, the buyer's funds are held by Escrow.com — a licensed, government-audited escrow service — until the transfer is confirmed.

We handle the buyers

You never deal with buyers directly. Enquiries come through us. We vet interest, answer questions, and manage the TT transfer process.

Require escrow-backed payment

Your buyer's payment is held by Escrow.com until Thousand Trails confirms the transfer — you get a guaranteed payment when the deal is done. Protects you from cancelled transfers, payment disputes and fraud. Buyers pay the $99 escrow fee.

Agreement

Listing agreement

By submitting this listing, you agree that hitch.exchange earns a service fee of 8.5% of the agreed sale price (minimum $149, maximum $499) on any sale facilitated during the listing period or within 90 days of listing removal where hitch.exchange introduced the buyer (the “procuring cause” and “tail clause”).

The service fee is charged only on completion. If your membership does not sell, you owe nothing. Payment of the service fee is required before the Thousand Trails membership transfer process begins.

You authorise hitch.exchange to receive buyer enquiries on your behalf, to negotiate terms with prospective buyers, and to liaise with Thousand Trails membership services to facilitate the transfer. All buyer contact details are kept confidential. Your contact details will never be shared with buyers.
