Price ranges reflect contract-level variation, not just tier. Two memberships in the same tier can sell for very different amounts depending on variations in the individual contract - including booking window length, maximum stay limits, which parks and zones are accessible, transferability terms, family and guest usage rights, cabin and ancillary discounts, and external network affiliations such as Coast to Coast or RPI. The median shown here is a market reference point, not a valuation for your specific contract. Our team assesses each contract individually, explains the variances and offers guidance to help you determine your pricing sweet spot before listing.
